Dr Beth's tips

Dr. Beth’s Tip

The nervous system controls our body’s reaction to stress, nervous feelings or anxiety. When feeling anxious or nervous, you can shift the response of the nervous system simply by doing a new action. A discreet action using one hand could be to touch each finger with your thumb. Do it slowly, methodically a couple of times until you feel calmer.
